Coaching is a blend of science and art. Understanding that all athletes have varying needs, demands, and responses to stimuli means I must have a vast "tool kit." By varying modalities, teaching styles, and communication techniques, I am able to work with athletes competing in any sport.
There is no correct therapy or approach at all times, only the application of the appropriate intervention at the appropriate time.
