Increase Ability/Athleticism 

PJF Performance is well known for our data-driven approach to improving vertical jump, sprint speed, lateral speed, quickness, and multi-directional explosiveness. The world may have told you that you’re genetically tapped out, but we don’t believe that to be true. In fact, we’ve helped athletes of all levels, including the best jumpers in the world significantly improve their athleticism. 

Improving your athleticism and staying durable for a long career requires an optimal physique. Building functional muscle and reaching your ideal body fat % is essential. But looking good and playing good for the entire game is a different story. Our athletes will be well conditioned and be able to stay sharp late in the game.

- Injury prevention is a top priority at PJF Performance. Many injuries, especially non-contact injuries, are preventable with a proper assessment and purposeful training, nutrition, and recovery. We use a comprehensive approach to long term injury prevention that includes strength and conditioning, daily pre-hab work, tailored nutrition programs, manual therapy and even lifestyle improvements such as sleep quality and breathing patterns.

A players health is a players wealth. This stretches far beyond injury prevention training. We monitor sleep, heart rate variability and many other variables to ensure our athletes are healthy on the court AND off the court. Our nutrition guidance, recovery modalities, and stress management strategies will enhance the athlete’s overall health and wellness.

The BARE Athlete Assessment provides the athlete, coach, and/or team an accurate snapshot of the athletes' current abilities, strengths, and deficits.
